I specifically called in because I wanted to ensure that my photos would be backed up and restored correctly. I called in to Apple Support and was on the phone with three different people for probably the span of about an hour total. (My hands are slightly scarred and cut up for various reasons - when I have been fingerprinted for jobs in the past they have ALWAYS had difficulties with properly getting legible prints). I figured it would be important to know my passcode in case touch ID stopped working. I have the memory of a goldfish, and when I woke up, I had forgotten the passcode, but I was able to get into my phone using touch ID.
